Delete your LookMetric account

How to request deletion of your account and personal data, in line with Google Play and App Store requirements.

Fastest way — in the app

Open LookMetric → Account → delete your account. This immediately starts deletion of your account and associated app data on our servers.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account:

Include:

The email address used to sign in (Google, Apple, or Firebase)
Your username or friend code (if known)
Confirmation that you want permanent deletion

Step-by-step (in app)

Sign in
Use the same method you used when you registered (Google, Apple, or email via Firebase).

Open Account
Go to the Account tab in the bottom navigation.

Delete account
Confirm deletion when prompted. This action cannot be undone.

What we delete

When your deletion request is processed, we remove or anonymize, where applicable:

Your user account and profile (name, photo, phone, location)
Health profile and onboarding data
Aura scan history and uploaded images stored on our servers
Mission progress, streaks, and scores
Friend connections, chat messages, and in-app notifications
Push notification device tokens

What may be retained temporarily

Backups or logs may retain data for up to 30 days for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, then are purged.
Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics (if any) that cannot be linked back to you.

Processing time

In-app deletion is processed as soon as your request reaches our servers (usually within minutes). Email requests are completed within 30 days, typically sooner.
